MONROEVILLE — The Chestnut Ridge Lady Lions battled all the way to the very end in Thursday’s heartbreaking 8-6 loss in the PIAA playoffs.
After falling behind 4-0 early in the game, the Lady Lions came back to take a late lead against District 10 champion Sharon in the PIAA Class 3A quarterfinals.
