The vehicle scenario is what it is this day and age. You gotta pray, make sure it’s the right decision and hope for the best outcome. No other way around it.
I will say this though, if you’re looking for amazing customer service and a dealership that will present you with every option, then Kirk Ford of Vicksburg is the way to go. When you get there tell them I sent you. Get a hold of Jon Craft the General Manager and let him guide you to one of the best sales representatives I’ve ever dealt with by the name of Madison. You won’t be disappointed.

I didn't have an appointment & just needed my battery checked. I think I looked lost in the parking lot & the very nice young girl directed me to service right away. She immediately got my information & they started working on my car. About 45 minutes later I was finished. Hayley came with the report in hand, very cheerful & pleasant!! However, the waiting room was full also. Wonderful experience @ Kirk with Hayley & Thank you!!

Super helpful and friendly people! My wife and I had our car break down due to a recalled part we got towed to this location and the people were so helpful and understanding! Melisa and everyone else in service gave us recommendations to help with our situation being out of town! John (great name!) not only gave us and all of our weeks worth of luggage a ride to the hotel but also called a rental car company several times to try and help us! Everyone was so great and are making a bad time a lot better

Drove in and met friendly courteous staff. They took my truck right back to the shop while I walked over to McDonald’s for breakfast and before I finished I got a call the truck was ready. Since it was for a recall and thankfully the truck was ok there was no charge so, all in all, it was a pretty nice day for me at Kirk Bros.Ford in Vicksburg MS.

Kirk Brothers Ford of Vicksburg is a great business for all of your Lincoln certified services. Customer service members were knowledgeable, friendly , professional and time sensitive . My wait time was about an hour with and appointment they showed genuine interest in solving my issues. I will contact them for future assistance. I was traveling from Louisiana to Arkansas. I had stopped in a small town to eat and get gas. Each time i started my engine it was sluggish starting. I made it to Kiek Ford in Vicksburg, reported my issue to a very attractive service writer and she got me out in less than a hour. Not only miggt it be a good place for service but it is well worth the stop to meet this cute lady in the service department.

We were very pleased with our purchasing experience. EVERY employee made eye contact and welcomed us!! Our salesman, Jason Berry, was very helpful. Jon Craft made sure we were satisfied with our GMC Sierra 2500 4WD. It was worth the drive from Louisiana!
