This map features a lot of caves. Most are buildable but some aren´t. The artifacts can´t be found in normal caves because you have to retrieve them from the dungeons this map features. All Caves have 12 times Damage on them currently

The Tek Cave is a cave located at the summit of the volcano, and upon completing said cave, the player will teleport to the Hall of History, which leads you to the game's final boss. Note that the Cave entrance only opens for 5 minutes, so bring in your tames in time.
Below the castle is a small swamp. The swamp is home to Sarcos, Dimetrodons, Leeches, and other creatures. Even Baryoynx can be found in the swamp. Can be a good spot for building a base, if you have the right preparations.
This cave is situated in the south of the Rocklands. It holds great amounts of metal and Obsidian. To enter you have to break down some rocks that are in front of the entrance. You can find the cave by following the black rock inland that is placed on the peninsula.
If on Ragnarok, go to the wyvern cove on the bottom left side of the map. Use a Thyla to navigate the cave (yes a thyla). If you grab an egg or catch the wyverns attention, jump to the water below and swim to the entrance. Stay low underwater.
Ragnarok in Viking Bay around the sunken ship in the middle of the bay and also at 10 90. There's a tiny tip of a Boulder to land a flyer out there. The water is shallower in that area. Another sunken ship there with lots of lobsters to kill.
Cave entrance is in the right cliff wall, a few hundred meters from the beach (80.1, 53.6). The Lower South Cave is one of the easiest caves on the island, though it is still more dangerous than anything in the nearby surface environment.
Player can cure Mega Rabies by using a Lesser Antidote, drinking Wyvern Milk (not Maewings, even if they also produce milk), or sleeping in a Tek Sleeping Pod.
